Terms & Booking Conditions

1. Provider and scope

These terms govern photography services in Paris supplied by [ENTREPRENEUR LEGAL IDENTITY PENDING], Entrepreneur individuel / EI, at [OFFICIAL BUSINESS DOMICILIATION ADDRESS PENDING], email [BUSINESS EMAIL PENDING], telephone [BUSINESS TELEPHONE PENDING]. They apply to consumer bookings made through Photographer in Paris.

2. Service

The service includes the selected photography session, practical direction and posing guidance, professional post-processing, digital delivery through a private gallery and the package-specific inclusions shown before payment. Professionally edited photographs are targeted for delivery within 24 hours after the shoot.

3. Packages and prices

The server-confirmed summary shown immediately before Stripe Checkout determines the package, applicable price, saving, deposit and included promotional video benefit for that booking. The approved catalogue is:

4. Booking and contract formation

The customer selects a package, supplies a usable contact, optionally supplies a preferred Paris date and time or chooses “I’ll decide later”, reviews the server-confirmed summary, accepts these terms and selects the button that expressly states the deposit payment obligation. A contract is formed when the Stripe deposit payment is successfully completed, subject to mandatory law. An automated payment result is not confirmation that the preferred date is available.

5. Deposit and payment

Stripe handles online payment processing. The deposit is €50 for Paris Mini, Paris Story and Paris Experience, and €200 for Premium Weekend. The remaining balance is due on the shoot day. The server, not the browser, determines the amount sent to Stripe. Payment-card data is handled by Stripe and is not stored by this website.

6. Preferred date and availability

A submitted date is a preference only. The customer may choose “I’ll decide later”. The final date and time are confirmed personally and remain subject to available slots. If the photographer cannot offer any suitable date during the customer’s Paris stay, the deposit is refunded in full.

7. Rescheduling, weather and late arrival

• A free reschedule may be requested up to 24 hours before the session and remains subject to available slots.
• Weather that makes the session impractical permits a no-charge reschedule, subject to agreeing an available replacement slot.
• Customer lateness does not automatically extend the scheduled session or move later commitments. The photographer will use reasonable flexibility where possible without guaranteeing an extension.

8. Cancellation, no-show and refunds

A deposit is normally retained where the customer does not attend the confirmed session without prior notice, because the reserved time could not be offered to another client. This rule is always subject to mandatory consumer rights. It does not limit the statutory withdrawal right described below, the full refund where no suitable date can be offered during the customer’s Paris stay, or any refund required by applicable law.

9. Statutory withdrawal right for distance contracts

Where the French statutory distance-contract withdrawal right applies, a consumer generally has 14 days from conclusion of the service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. The request must be sent before the deadline by an unambiguous statement or the model information below.

If the customer expressly asks for the service to begin before the withdrawal period ends and later withdraws after performance has begun, a proportionate amount may be payable for the service already supplied. The withdrawal right is lost only after the service has been fully performed where the legal conditions are met, including the customer’s prior express request and acknowledgement.

Accepting these terms alone does not request early performance or waive the withdrawal right. A separate express request and acknowledgement is required before payment when the preferred date is within 14 days or remains undecided; it is not requested for a date more than 14 days away. The accepted terms version, date choice, separate request and timestamp are stored as immutable evidence.

The always-visible online withdrawal function can be used from the website footer. It records the unambiguous request and immediately provides a dated, downloadable acknowledgement on a durable electronic medium.

10. Delivery, editing and RAW files

Professionally edited digital images are included in the quantities stated for the selected package and are targeted for delivery within 24 hours. The photographer selects and post-processes the delivered photographs. Detailed professional retouching is a separate extra at €20 per photograph with a minimum of five photographs. RAW or otherwise unedited source files are not included or delivered unless separately agreed in writing.

11. Creative service and statutory rights

Photography is a creative service. The customer acknowledges the photographer’s general visual style by reviewing the displayed portfolio. Subjective preferences alone do not necessarily establish a technical defect. Nothing in this clause excludes or restricts statutory conformity, liability or other mandatory consumer rights.

12. Children and participants

Accompanying adults remain responsible for the supervision, safety and conduct of children and other minors throughout the session.

13. Client images and publication consent

Booking and payment do not grant permission to use identifiable client photographs in a portfolio, on the website, on social media or in advertising. Any such use requires separate explicit consent where appropriate. Refusing publicity consent does not prevent booking or change the purchased service.

14. Force majeure and unavoidable events

Neither party is liable for delay or non-performance caused by an event outside its reasonable control where the legal conditions for force majeure or another mandatory rule are met. The affected party should notify the other promptly. The parties will first seek a practical reschedule; refunds remain available where required by these terms or mandatory law.

15. Complaints and consumer mediation

A complaint should first be sent to [BUSINESS EMAIL PENDING]. If it cannot be resolved directly, the consumer may use the designated consumer-mediation service once selected and disclosed.

16. Applicable rules and languages

French law applies, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply in their country of habitual residence. French is the reference version for interpretation, while English and Russian translations are provided for accessibility and do not broaden exclusions or reduce mandatory rights.
